1. Do I need a reservation?
Yes. All visits and Bluebird Farm Alpacas tours/walks are by reservation only.
2. How do I book?
Book online through our “Book Online” or “Farm Tour Reservations” page.
3. Are tickets refundable?
No. Tickets are non-refundable and for the specific date/time booked.
4. What if the weather is bad?
We’re generally “rain or shine,” but may modify or cancel for unsafe conditions. If we cancel, we’ll offer a reschedule or credit.
5. What if I’m late or don’t show up?
Late arrivals may have a shortened visit; no-shows are not refunded or credited.
