By booking visits or events, or purchasing merchandise on this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & tickets

   • Payment is due in full at booking.

   • Tickets are for the selected date/time only and are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if we cancel.

2. Cancellations & changes

   • If we cancel for unsafe weather or farm issues, we may offer a reschedule or credit at our discretion.

   • Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded or credited.

3. Farm waiver & rules

   • Farm visits involve inherent risks (animals, uneven ground, weather).

   • By booking, you agree to follow all farm rules and staff instructions and accept our Visitor Waiver & Policies.

4. Merchandise

   • Most unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days; you pay return shipping.

   • Tickets and experiences are not covered by this return policy.

5. Personal information

   • We use your contact and payment details only to process bookings/orders and send farm updates (you can opt out).

   • We do not sell or rent your data and share it only with service providers (payment, booking, shipping).

   • Payments are processed securely; we do not store full card numbers.
