Bluebird Farm Alpacas LLC offers the following farm services:
Alpaca Boarding: By boarding or (agisting) your alpaca with Bluebird Farm Alpacas, you can be assured that your alpaca(s) will receive the highest quality care. Bluebird Farm Alpacas offers 2.5 acres of well cared for pasture. We offer high quality grain, hay and pasture that is kept free of unnecessary pesticides and chemicals. We have two experienced and well qualified on-call veterinarians in our area. Boarding through Bluebird Farm Alpacas takes the stress of daily tasks off of your shoulders and allows you peace and confidence in knowing that your alpacas are receiving excellent care. By boarding with Bluebird Farm Alpacas, you can enjoy all of the benefits and pleasures of alpaca ownership without the daily care.
Boarding is $100 per month, per alpaca. Boarding includes daily care, with quality grain, hay and pasture grazing. Medications, veterinarian visits, and special circumstances will be charged acordingly. If you purchase an Alpaca directly through Bluebird Farm Alpacas, 3 months of boarding is included.
Alpaca Breeding: Here at Bluebird Farm Alpacas, we have a multi award winning herd sire, Supernatural. Supernatural comes from an award winning sire, Hemingway-Accoyo Nautilus' Nexxus (ARI # 1315912, Dark Fawn), and a championship dam WGA Peruvian Sassy In Satin (ARI # 1241570, White). Supernatural's fleece is amazingly dense. His conformation is solid, square and well balanced. He has a correct bite, a gorgeous wedge shaped muzzle and nicely shaped hucaya head. He has dense fiber coverage and a beautifully crimped fleece. His fleece architecture & bundling is excellent throughout his entire body, up his neck and down his legs. His color is also exceptionally bright.
Supernatural and his championship ancestry are sure to make for
an excellent sire. His stud fee is $800 for the first breeding and $600
for each additional breeding.
